And because of light selected absorption, laser only absorbed by pigment of hair follicle, without covering by the other skin tissue. First I have been using the 808nm diode laser hair removal machine about once a week on my armpits, about once every two weeks on my full legs. Honestly, it is not painful at all for me. It can feel hot at times but I wouldn't call it painful. I see a great reduction in hair, it grows much more slowly and there are patches of hair not growing back at all. I also haven't had any ingrown or irritation on any area.
