Absolutely love this EMS device! I definitely noticed the tightening and muscles that gradually appear. This muscle building machine is very good. Choose the strength suitable for you, and the exercise effect is very good. You need to be very consistent with using it and it will offer benefits.

Portable electrical muscle stimulation machine is a great product! I started using and after two 20 minute sessions, I could see a noticeable improvement in my abdominal muscle. It has many settings that give a wide range of workout to your body muscles. I really like this now that I figured out how to use it well. I would recommend buying it since it is a lot more affordable than most.

The settings are great! The portable EMS device is well designed, relieves muscle pain and also helps your muscles expand after workouts. The Electric Muscle Stimulation this device has really made a huge difference with my body. I am able to do sports for longer periods of time without having a lot of pain. Instead of just a temporary relief, the muscle stimulation has given me longer relief!

I received the package in good condition and EMS device worked perfectly. I have really enjoyed this product. It was very simple to assemble. My main focus was my abdominal area, but I have put the other pads on my arms and I can really feel the pads working. I would highly recommend this EM-Contouring product as I feel it has significantly helped me.

This EMS equipment actually works if used correctly. When I first started using this product I felt comfortable and it was easy to operate. The product design is reasonable, we can choose different level according to our own body. Now I can see the line of the muscle.

The EMS device does make your muscles contract. You can visibly see your stomach tighten up while the device is on. I've used this device on and off for about a month until now. If you want to see more obvious results you're going to need to use it multiple times which isn't really hard. The application and usage are super simple.

I was surprised by its effects. This EMS is very helpful. It makes abdominal exercises very good. It stimulates the muscles with variable intensity. You can feel this effect very well. After two sessions, it feels like I have actually exercised, just like regular exercises, these muscles are sour and tight.

Fast shipping, electrical muscle stimulation device is as described. The intensity levels are great, better than I expected. I am too busy to do much of any other kinds of exercising, so this machine and it's 20 minutes workouts was exactly what I needed. I have often been using this machine to build up my core strength since I received it.

I can definitely see a difference each time after I use EMS machine! I also have tried the different stimulation settings and speeds for my clinets, which can see the obvious results. We can clearly see that the fat is gradually decreasing and the muscles are increasing. I definitely recommend it to those in need!

Being an athletic trainer, I have seen EMS Equipment being used constantly for pain modulation. I’ve seen many EMS devices however I am extremely impressed by this particular device and for this price! The multiple settings makes it adaptable for everyone and their particular needs.
